Position Summary

A day in the life of...
- Ensures all employees having regular punches and accurate Timecards
- Create and edit new Schedule, Shift Templates, Patterns, and Groups.
- Access the Timecard and perform transaction maintenance (adding missed punches, transfers etc).
- Run Interface monthly form Kronos to SAP for all sites – CAT6 Run
- Communicate with the LGO's and Global Support team in case of any change of configuration or testing needed
- Participate in Testing for new systems.
- Responsible for identifying and calculating the new yearly quota of all employees.
- Proceeding with the Absence webform requests received by the market as per the agreed policies.
- Calculate & Maintain employees’ overtime, and time data on SAP.
- Prepare the Monthly Standard Reports & non-standard reports.
